1. Sizing, Customization & Refund Policy
- All abayas are free size by default. Only length adjustments are allowed unless the “Custom” option is selected during checkout.
- Any sizing or fit requests left in the notes section will not be followed unless the custom option is selected.
Custom Sizing
- For full custom sizing or changes beyond length, an additional fee of AED 35 per abaya applies.
- Customers must:
- Select the “Custom” option at checkout
- Clearly provide all required sizes or fit changes in the notes section
⚠️Important: If no sizing details are provided, the order will be processed as free size. No refunds or adjustments will be made, even if the custom fee has been paid.
2. Product Disclaimer
Our abayas are handcrafted — not factory mass-produced — and as such, slight variations may occur:
- Minor differences in embroidery or fabric cut
- Color variations due to studio lighting or screen display
- Printed abayas may contain printing lines or marks, which are not considered defects
Note:Shaila (headscarf) colors may differ from product images, based on stock availability.
3. Delivery & Order Fulfillment
- Orders containing both ready-to-wear and customized abayas will be shipped together once all items are ready.
- Processing and delivery times may vary based on item availability and requested customizations.
