Return and Refund Policy

At Souqelite, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear)
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Customized or personalized products
  1. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: store credit or bank transfer within 7 business days

Shipping and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at (support@Souqelite.com)

  1. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
