  1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and fashion clothing. Our collection includes the latest smartphones, mobile accessories like chargers and cases, smart gadgets, and trendy fashion pieces for both men and women.

  1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other emirates. We also offer international delivery to select countries. Check out our shipping policy for more details.

  1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse through our website, choose the products you want to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” button. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery details and payment information.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE
  • Other online payment methods like Apple Pay or Tabby (Installment plans).
  1. Is shopping on SouqElite safe?

Yes! SouqElite uses SSL encryption to ensure your payment and personal information are secure. We also comply with the UAE’s data protection laws to safeguard your privacy.

  1. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, we start processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. However, you may be able to modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us immediately at support@souqelite.com.

  1. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and include the receipt. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account and view your order status.

  1. Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we plan to introduce this feature in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
