Delivery
- We ship across the GCC region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and more.
- Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the type of abaya ordered (ready-to-wear or customized).
- Orders containing both ready-to-wear and custom items will be shipped together once all items are ready.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Returns
- Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:
- Sizing issues when the “Custom” option was not selected or measurements were not provided.
- Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric due to handcrafting or photography lighting.
- Printing marks or lines on printed abayas, which are part of the production process.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued on any purchases.
- In cases where the product is faulty or significantly damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence at support@souqelite.com. We will review your claim and address it accordingly.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered for confirmed manufacturing defects.
